The materials and characteristics of stretch film.

With the development of The Times, stretch film has begun to be used in more and more industries, and stretch film makes our life or work more convenient. So what is a stretch film? We all know that stretch film is a translucent, shiny, soft film material, stretch film has good chemical stability, heat sealing, water resistance and moisture resistance.

The stretch film is made of polyethylene terephthalate as raw material, which is made of thick film by extrusion method and then made by bidirectional stretching. It is a colorless transparent, glossy stretch film with excellent mechanical properties, high rigidity, hardness and toughness, puncture resistance, friction resistance, high temperature and low temperature resistance. It has good chemical resistance, oil resistance, air tightness and fragrance preservation, and is one of the commonly used permeation-resistant composite tensile film substrates. However, the price of polyester stretch film is higher, the general thickness is 12μm, and it is commonly used as the outer material of cooking packaging, and the printability is better.
